Terms and Conditions of Service
FIXED or FREE
Our 'Fixed or Free' policy simple means that if we are unable to fix a computer due to our inability, no service fee will be charged. If a computer can be repaired or replaced, but the customer chooses not too, our full service fee will still apply. Our 'Fixed or Free' policy does not include monitors or peripherals such as printers, i-pods, scanners etc. A call out for these items will be charged at our standard rate as these items are generally unserviceable due to their replacement costs.
QUOTES We do not supply free quotes; our standard service fee applies.
USED ITEMS All used items are tested and sold without any known faults. Secondhand goods are sold with no warranty unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.
NEW ITEMS New items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and may need to be returned to the distributor or manufacturer for testing. If products are found to have no fault, customer will be responsible for any fees incurred.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Items and goods sold remain the property of Caloundra Computers until paid in full.
